I’m hesitant to include Iraq into the White House’s thinking on this, that’s a big can of worms. I would hope the timing is independent of the situation in Iraq.

You act like this was one very easy thing to do. Getting in, getting out, knowing his exact location and possible resistance in a very hostile environment.

The fact that he spoke to journalist 18 months ago bears no resemblance to capturing him, apparently without any injuries or fatalities.
So yes, timing and intelligence had to be damn near perfect.

Get over it. This is a good thing.
