If Obama were taking a similar amount of time to mull over a plan to lower the unemployment rate by re-introducing slavery, would be similarly blas?

The budget is due next month, the WH has scheduled meeting with the Vets all week to get their input on the various ideas before making a decision. I think the last one is today or tomorrow.
