US Air will do everything they can, within reason, to make the passengers comfortable and to get them to their destination when they can travel. There are liasons for that who will be assigned to them.
Then the bloodsucker contingent of the plaintiff’s bar will descend with lawsuits on behalf of some of the more ignorant, ungrateful, and money-grubbing px, and the airline will settle in most cases, to get rid of the a-holes.
