It was torture when we convicted the Japanese of it. The only thing that’s changed is that you want to pretend it isn’t torture when the US does it.

Conduct during a war between two armies is different from the fight against terrorists who are trying to mass murder civilians.

It bothers me that more wasn’t done to extract information from these sociopaths that could have saved innocent peoples lives.
