Listening to local news - BP is spinning spinning spinning - they claim the cap they put on the well can sustain a hurricane. Well, yes it can, 5000 feet under the surface. What cannot sustain a hurricane is the recovery ship up top. If there’s a hurricane, it’s got to get out of the way - leaving ALL the oil spewing into the Gulf again.
