Rasmussen predicted the last election better than Gallup and they have BHO @ 48%. I know Rasmussen looks at likely voters which has tended to be more accurate…don’t know what Gallup uses, but Gallup has always been a few points higher than Rasmussen.

Yep, you are dead nuts correct about the polling weighing.
