I wouldn’t call the KSM thing a nontroversy, I would however call it hypocrisy to hit the roof about KSM when there was no attention paid to other terrorists tried in civilian courts under Republican administrations.

As for me, I don’t really care either way, it’s going to be a political football whether they try him in Manhattan, in Topeka, or on Mars, whether it’s federal judges, military tribunals, or the Skull and Bones societyTRILATERAL COMMISSION11!11!1.
