The Constitution says that the justices will interpret the Constitution. That means they decide what it says. That is how our system works.

No, it doesn’t, and no, it’s not. There’s not a damn word in the Constitution that gives that power to the legislative branch.

The framers thought that future generations would be at least as smart as they were, and would be able to read English. They were apparently wrong in that assumption.
