Here is an interesting question for people to answer. if giving up driving ourselves and letting the cars drive themselves reduced the highway fatality rate to almost zero, saving 30k lives annually, would you be willing to give up driving?

Give up driving? I’d give up owning a car. At that point it stops being much more than a module and one module is as good as another.
