You are my winner for today’s post of the jaw-dropping stupid story (not you, your neighbor).

I cannot even think of a reply that would cover the issue in a civil tone.

I read the same, but with a twist. No Somali government to regulate off shore fishing by nearby countries commercial fisherman, and they cleaned out the fish population. Part of the story suggested until the Somoli’s had a coast guard, there would be no one to police their coast either way. Just repeating.
