Provided I can keep my 1954 mixer working for one more go, I really need to replace the brushes but I can’t find the replacement parts anymore. Sigh, I may have to consign it to the dumpster soon and get a new one…can’t make sweet potato pie without a mixer. How else can you entangle and extract or at least chop up the “strings” in the potatoes?
