Apparently the dispute was over the division of reward money.
You know, there are people out there who put the cops on a pedestal, and assume they can do no wrong.
But whenever I hear that line of reasoning, I automatically think of the Rampart Scandal - or the name of Frank Serpico pops into mind.
Of course there are bad cops; that goes without saying. But police corruption - or abuse of power - are very bad things that cause a lot of problems in the long run.
