I’ve got raised beds for tomatoes. If I can get organized (and not get locked down by being overly fussy about planning) I’d want to put in more beds just for herbs.

I’ve wanted to cook more Mexican and Thai stuff, so I’m thinking of planting with those cuisines in mind. Papalo, acuyo, the various Thai basils.

Chile peppers are pretty hardy. They just don’t like having wet feet. I did jalapenos and then Thai dragon peppers in my window sill pots in the past few years. The plants lasted about two years each and put out peppers continuously.
