Think McCain/Palin, and it begins to make sense. A pure Tea ticket is DOA, no matter how they spin it. Perry is the textbook definition of a bullshit artist, but even he can’t play himself off as solidly on both sides of the political aisle. No, if the GOP wants to stand a real chance of defeating Obama, they’re gonna have to jury-rig a “balanced” ticket yet again.

I agree. Romney wants to be President so bad, he will run as VP with Perry and take another crack at the Presidency in ‘16 or ‘20.
