I have little doubt that the printer is capable of making an operational gun. A .22 out of abs plastic I can believe but an ar-15? I think that’s pretty doubtful. It does raise some interesting problems for the concept of gun control as printer technology and materials advance.

I could see a .22. But a .223? Nope. Chamber pressure in the receiver/breech it self would cause the thing to explode.
