Well, thats just science.

Waaaaaiiiit a second.

Exhibit A: I do not have childbearing hips. I never had a complication (projectile vomiting is not a complication, it just sucks) and delivered my children in 2-14 hours.

Exhibit B: My sister-in-law, who has…um…Nordic hips…went 18 hours without much dilation and then had an emergency C-section.

My feelings on the matter are to be glad we live when we do, so all women can be relatively safe delivering.
