Doesn’t bother me any. Kind of sounds like something a military chaplain would recommend. Now I’m no church goer but if I remember correctly from my old yet young days as a Catholic this sounds like something they’d be behind. Anywho. If they want to fabricate some outrageous outrage about Obama being behind this — I’m not referring to anyone here — I could always pull a tu quoque and bring up a certain cemetery that Reagan visited in 1985.

I think human remains ought to be treated with some kind of dignity. In this case, it was very important to treat his in accordance with Islamic custom— after blowing his head off. It isn’t about him, but about those who would have used desecration of the remains or improper burial as a recruiting tool for jihad.
