Go to any B&B in Scotland and you can usually get a “Full Scottish” breakfast - bacon, sausage, eggs, black pudding, haggis, and potato scones.

The sandwich was just a snack we picked up at a gas station while we were wandering lost around upper Dublin. Usually, we indulged in a traditional Irish breakfast at the hotel dinner room in the mornings. Eggs any way you like, Irish bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, pudding, croissants, and a small selection of fruit.

Speaking of Irish bacon, anyone know where to get ahold of the genuine article? I like “normal” bacon, but the thick-sliced slabs of Irish bacon are just plain addicting and I’ve never seen anything like it States-side.
