Point is, they’re not really having to push this issue. It’s like fruit laying on the ground, for them to pick up, no real effort involved. Imagine being an investigative reporter who has the good fortune to see a bribe accepted by a public official right in front of you. That’s what these nirthers are providing to the media, easy pickings. It’s on a significant portion of the conservative ‘blogs, it’s on the lips of a significant minority of GOP congressmen. .

They’d almost deserve blame for NOT reporting the story, given that it’s in everyone’s face even without any media involvement.
