Well, that show is on HBO. While not every HBO series is great (John from Cincinnati was a one season and out two-three years ago), HBO and showtime shows are consistently better than their broadcast counterparts. But part of that is that they have freedoms broadcast shows do not.

From the Earth to the Moon and Band of Brothers were and are fantastic…haven’t seen The Pacific yet, but I’ve heard it’s good.
