Yeah. People need to wake up and realize that the solution to Chicago’s murder rate is right in front of our faces. Just allow its citizens to carry guns or CCW permits. They would probably change things overnight.

Sort of like how all the cities with the top 5 highest per-capita murder rates are in states that have concealed carry laws.
