You read something in my comment that was not stated. I’ve always thought my country was great, even when many around the world disagreed. It hurt me to see our POTUS booed and disrespected for the last eight years. It’s great to see the world love my country again the way I do. If you have a problem with that, so be it.

Trust me on this. The world does not love us now. Those who hated us hated us because of who we are. They hate our freedom, and they hate our economic system. They were happy to see the financial crisis. I talked to people from Malaysia, Indonesia and Europe and South America over the last couple years. I travel everywhere. I hear it first hand. They were HAPPY we had troubles and only too happy to say so. Just because there are Europeans out there who think our POTUS is cool, doesn’t make it all go away. They hated Bush, but he was just a point of reference for them. Nothing has changed where it counts.
