Well, I want McNabb to do well, a partly because he is black… Does that make me a racist?

When I was teaching, I wanted the minority students in my class to do well, work hard, and become successful. I probably offered them more help and encouragement, because, as a human, I play favorites. Does that make me a racist?

And, when I visit my favorite bar and grill, and a friend, who is African-American, is bar tending, I tend to converse more with him, joke around more, have more fun, and leave a bigger tip… Does that make me a racist?

And, would someone who pointing out my desires and actions for what they are also be considered a racist?
