Private businesses do have rights. They have the right to refuse service based on such things as dress. They do not have the right to do it based on such things as race.

Why do you have the bizarre belief that they must either have the right to do anything they like, or no rights at all?

cause that is real (and thank you for being open minded) everyone screams injustice at some companies that discriminate & high five at others..
