You said ‘bankrupt nation with..unfunded mandates’. I don’t get how the two mesh. How does a ‘bankrupt nation’ fund the unfunded? Surely if they’re unfunded, or underfunded, and the nation is bankrupt, the only answer is to cancel the ‘unfunded mandates’?
