Like Capitalist Piglet said, before. I don’t know about this Communist angle you’re speaking of. Reagan, et al, was instrumental in further lowering the upper bracket from 50% to 28% in 1986. It sneaked back up to 35%. JFK, et al, lowered it to that 50%.
