Well, I think if he runs it’s quite possible. And if he doesn’t, a VP nomination is even moreso.

I look at it this way: conservatives are so rife for exploitation right now, they lionize Saint Ronald on the one hand, but would label anyone with his policies a RINO in the other.

So imo … dunno, it’s all guesswork. I have no doubt, though, that current GOTP politicians will do everything they can to crash the economy just so they can win. They are that petty, and their constituents are that stupid, that they will fall for it. Again.

You have never seen Perry on the stump. He’s *brilliant*.

*If* he decides to run (I’m guessing on the next three weeks for his decision- it all depends on how the money lines up outside of Texas) that he will be a wonderment to Republican America. He has never flip-flopped since leaving the D’s for the R’s around 1989. He claims to be an Evangelical Christian. He will claim that he balanced the budget in Texas this year without tax increases. He has Pointy Boots and Great Hair.

Do *not* underestimate this man or his organization. It’s a juggernaut.

He has never lost an election. Ever. Not even close.
