I did not agree with that comment, which is why I did not say “blacks”. The intent is to disenfranchise voters, though. Not specifically by race.

The headline said specifically that he said blacks should be kept from voting. The headline. That’s garbage. I’m surprised that you would link to something like that, even if you agree with some of the content.
