If we are lucky, all the EU countries pending votes will see Brexit and Trump as cautionary tales. I am worried about Germany since Putin and Bannon are involving themselves. I hope Germans are smarter than we were. I hope they see what is happening here as something they do not want. I have hope.

Wasn’t Germany the original cautionary tale that should have insulated us from Trump? Of course, Americans are ignorant of history so we never learn lessons.
