The fact remains. “I hope his kidneys fail”. “Knock up Palin’s daughter”. Those aren’t even close to jokes, they’re plain old insults. But whatever the right had to say about it, the left is a thousand times worse, for far less provocation, and the press aids and abets it.

Thanks arf. It’s good to see a few of us get it. The guy who wrote the piece could have chosen other examples but chose terrible ones. But see… that’s the problem. We actually do think that stuff that might happen to be anti-GOP can be funny if done well. So, it’s a catch 22… he can’t use the stuff that’s funny because it doesn’t help him prove his point. So, go with the stuff that isn’t funny and, as this site has gone to doing more of, show how much more intellectually above it all you are. Too friggin’ bad, says I.
