May or may not be relevant, but have you ever encountered Christians that view themselves as the “true” Jews (and all religious and cultural Jews as having straying)? I couldn’t give you a starting point for the concept, but it’s something I occasionally run into amongst the Socon-Evangelical-Dispensationalist subset.

Is that Yahwehs? I never encountered anyone like that personally no. I have evangelical friends, Pentecostal, but religion rarely comes up.

When I took the train, back in the early 90s, there was a group downtown, I think they were Yahwehs, distributing a lot of anti-Semitic literature. They were really mean and angry looking. They wore the Magen David sewn on their clothes. They had megaphones and shouted about everyone, not just the Jews. There were cops around, but it was still disturbing.
