Actually I’m sorry about my first response, I apologize, it’s wrong of me to take it for granted that everybody has the level of technological sophistication necessary to go to google.com, put “National Review, August 24, 1957 editorial” in the search and hit “Google Search.” I’m annoyed by people who presume I possess their specialist knowledge, sorry for doing that to you.

Now, the way to handle a “link” is to put your computer’s “cursor,” that blinky thing that moves whenever you move the mouse, over top of what’s underlined, and “click” the mouse, and it will take you to the page.
