Rep. Lynn Luker withdraws religious freedom bill

Republican Rep. Lynn Luker of Boise says his measure was intended to protect the free exercise of religion, but was misinterpreted to be a “sword for discrimination.”

No asshole, it wasn’t misinterpreted. We (Idaho residents) saw it for what exactly it was and we let our elected officials know that we were not going to allow it. They listened and quashed your bill.
