She would have been smart to keep her mouth shut but she had to compare this to Stalinism which you know caused actual people to die rather than an Ann Coulter wannabe to lose advertisers.

You can certainly argue the continual whining and petulance isn’t a good look for advertisers and she would have kept a few more advertisers if she had accepted the loss and just went on from there.
