Sad, but it makes my stance even more clear.

Push back? Just pointing out this isn’t much of a stunner is it? Are you going to deny they said the same thing about the conservative in the last election cycle? Or the one before that? Or the one before that? How many times in a row does it have to happen before you won’t be surprised? Were you surprised when the NRA said the liberals were going to take away our bullets during the last 847 election cycles or are you still surprised?

During his keynote speech at the group’s 95th annual convention Sunday night in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Bond also assailed the Bush administration and the Republican Party, accusing the GOP of “playing the race card in election after election.”

The party appeals “to the dark underside of American culture, to the minority of Americans who reject democracy and equality,” Bond said. “They preach neutrality and practice racial division.”

Many black people are “ready to turn anger into action, to work for regime change here at home,” Bond said. “But they have to be asked. They have to be registered, organized and mobilized.”

Do I really need to post the Byrd ad they ran in 2000? I’m not denying there might be racists who are in the tea party movement but I’m not willing to give a broken clock credit for being correct 2x a day.
