POTUS is visiting ATL today, so that should draw a crowd and stimulate the local economy.
And, it’ll give the people a chance to get a glimpse at all the local democrats running for office as they gather ‘round.

Governor Perdue (R) greeted the President at the airbase when he arrived. Which is how it should be regardless of party affiliation.

Looking down the street at the hotel where POTUS is speaking there doesn’t seem to be any undue commotion.
