What’s the implication of this fabricated story? That DHS will need IED-proof vehicles to use against the true patriots.

When we start to see terrorists use IEDs in this country, I’m willing to bet they will be white guys without Muslim-sounding names. And they will call themselves patriots and freedom fighters.

They’re declaring this “proof” that the White House is preparing to spark off a new civil war, using the billions of bullets and thousands of MRAPs to round up all the “patriots” and impose socialist rule upon “We, The People.” It’s the sort of fantasies they engaged in during the 90s, but promptly forgot after 9/11.
