I’m good. Finally getting over my winter case of sinusitis- I think.

The new electrical lead-in, meter, and breakers are in, up, and running. 200 amp system- I’ve got what qualifies as a commercial-grade hookup around here. And since I’m now only paying for one meter instead of two, I’m saving about sixty bucks a year just from that.

The contractor got a look at some of my neighbors’ hookups while he was at it, just from my back deck. My old one was about average for the block- he’s figuring he’ll be getting calls to do more updates. (The typical house around here has computers, automatic garage door openers, etc., all running off of 60 amp wiring, and a 100-amp lead-in dating to the 1950s.)

Spring is trying to sprong around here, but we still have overnight temps in the thirties forecast for next week. So everyone’s holding off on putting their plants out. The grass is growing, though- fast.
