This isn’t true. “czar” is basically a media title meaning “person is charge of stuff”.

Obama only has 3 (poss 4) ‘czars’ in the sense that they 1) have the title of special envoy/special advisor and 2) aren’t accountable/can’t be subpeonaed.

BTW, Bush had the same amount.
