I think I have pretty tough skin. Not as tough as others though. I try to hold my own, but it stings pretty badly.

It’s enjoyable to track the changes that have taken place on the blog. I look in the archives frequently. A year ago this month Limbaugh gave his CPAC speech. Most people here (and quite a few are still here) thought he was GREAT! Any disagreement on his speech was met with vitriol and derision.
I was a reporter for 10 years — a profession that demands a thick skin. But the people here were frightening in their hair-trigger hatred for anyone who disagreed with them. I ran away like a baby when I should have spoken up for people who showed the strength to disagree. Sorry.
