Many major cities have their issues. What about SF and the great earthquake or another CA city.
Wildfires and floods affect a lot of areas. I dont think NOLA should be singled out as un-saveable.

It is a great, great city.

Anybody saying that would have a FIT if someone else said that about their city, yet other people’s homes, livlihoods, family histories, that’s expendable. Such a con attitude.
