Meanwhile, I retweeted David Weigel who posted on Marco Rubio’s efforts to undermine the ACA. Rubio’s particular contribution relates to the exchanges and something called “risk corridors”, which I’ll admit I don’t know much about. Seems as if the law allows the government to aid insurers who experience losses on the exchange. Rubio and those of a like mind want to prevent that to encourage insurers to drop out of the exchanges and for the exchanges and private health care coverage to fail. So then they can call it a failed law.
