Well, if you pull a couple of apples out of a barrel, and they’re all rotten, it is reasonable to suspect that most of the apples in the barrel are rotten.

Would you endorse that principle for say, the Republican Party and family values, given that we can find quite a few rotten apples who cheat on their wives while condemning Clinton, or fight against gay rights while soliciting gay sex?

I think those people are bad, for sure, but it doesn’t make me condemn everyone who is Republican.
