It is not forcing anyone to use contraception, just to make it available.

They can still say that they do not approve of their employees using it.

I don’t think that distinction is going to fly when it hits the courts. I have $20 that says they backtrack and find a compromise position. Everyone is talking about the “Hawaii exemption” as the model but we’ll see.
