There isn’t even an argument. There is no dictate towards the catholic church, only to businesses that they run. If a religion wants to run a business it has to abide by the rules that we have for businesses. Otherwise, someone could say that their religion allows them to hire only white people, their religion allows them to not pay overtime hours, etc.
