Yeah, I’m afraid you are right. I wish W could have appointed one more justice. As is, despite his fumbling with that Meirs (sp?) woman, W knocked it out of the park twice. We owe him a debt of gratitude for that.

For appointing Roberts as Chief Justice GWB deserves a statue. Funny how 0 didn’t vote for this qualified justice, which is exactly the argument we will hear about Sotomeyer.
