He never misses an opportunity to dis the U.S. Even at Normandy he said words to the effect that the Allies were not without fault, they made mistakes. Was that really necessary?

I didn’t mind that so much. It was an asinine statement but what I hated was his incessant harping on WW2 being a “good” war. Obviously meaning the War on Terror ( THERE I SAID THE WORD) is not.
