The most important thing I learned from playing athletics
was to be a good sport..It is all about character in sports…
To tell you the truth..and this is true..I mostly only remember the loses…The pain is burnt inside me…There are a few games that I can remember every single painful minute…It really builds character to lose.. It’s really preparation to win in life…Nobody gets to the top without failure..How we deal with that and over come it defines who we are as a person..

The most important thing I learn from pro sports is that otherwise sane people will spend huge amounts of money to make overgrown boys think they’re something special and reward them with salaries so vastly out of proportion to their achievements, it is sick-making.
