I’m not going to give her shit for reaching out to a website owner first before pursuing an actual legal request, and I can sort of get doing so publicly (maybe) …but at least specify the image? That’s just sloppy otherwise.

Her approach isn’t very professional. She’s not even asking, she’s categorically stating that he is in fact using one of her photos without permission, yet she fails to say which one or at least provide a description and/or a URL. She could’ve sent him a message privately or filled out the contact form and provided the info.
