re: #43 Fourth Football of the Apocalypse
Not really surprising. More like a Southern state demographically.
The same Monmouth poll also shows Van Hollen with a 52-36 lead over Edwards for the Senate seat being vacated by Barb Mikulski. Edwards had been leading in the Senate primary.
On another note, I received my Maryland sample ballot last week. Weirdly, it allows me to vote for Sanders or Clinton directly, then offers me a selection of candidates for convention delegate identified by candidate. So, I could vote for HRC while voting for Sanders convention delegates. Or visa versa. Hadn’t noticed this before.
Not so weird. It’s like that in several states, which certain GOP presidential candidates have come to belatedly learn, much to their chagrin.
